The CWCDAA Annual Summer Conference represents a unique marketing opportunity! It’s the best and most exciting opportunity to target the decision makers and promote your company’s products and services. Sponsors will get first right of refusal for previously sponsored items.

Table Top: Table Tops are intended for items to be displayed on the table only and are designed for an individual exhibitor - no additional exhibitor passes will be offered. Please Note: Table Top spaces will include an Exhibit Only Pass that does not include conference meals or the ability to sit in on sessions.

Table Tops will include
  • One 6' table with chair
  • One Exhibit Only Pass
  • List of all conference attendees
  • A soft copy of all session materials
  • Early registration for the next CWCDAA Conference

Booth Spaces All Booth Spaces will have a minimum space of 8’ x 8’ with a 6’ skirted tabletop and 1 chair per exhibitor. Booth Exhibitors will also be invited to join the attendees at all conference meals and functions. Depending on our venue, pipe and drape may or may not be provided. Regardless of your space, venue or pipe and drape, all exhibitor materials & equipment must be contained within the booth space and must be free standing (nothing can hang from pipe, drape or hotel walls). Should you need easels, special tables, or have any other special requests, please contact us as soon as possible as we may have to make special arrangements with the hotel and/or find an off-site vendor if the hotel is unable to accommodate. Please Note: Exhibit passes are non-transferable.

All Booth Spaces will include

  • One Full Conference Exhibitor Pass. Additional Exhibitor Passes are available on the Sponsorship & Exhibitor Registration Form
  • Full Conference Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to join all meal functions
  • Full Conference Exhibitors are invited to attend the sessions
  • CWCDAA website banner ad run from time received through the conference on all attendee conference pages
  • List of all conference attendees
  • A soft copy of all session materials
  • Early registration for the next CWCDAA Conference
  • 1-page full color insert (provided by you) handed out at registration

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan: The Exhibit Hall Floorplan will be available here for download once it has been approved. Don't let this stop you from registering! Once the floorplan is available, exhibitors will be contacted in the order that they have registered to pick their exhibit space.

Exhibit space assignments will be based on a first-come, first served basis, based on the receipt of completed application & full payment. Exhibit Hall Raffle Prize Donations
All Sponsors are encouraged to donate to the conference raffle. Your company will receive recognition on the CWCDAA website and will be recognized at the raffle. StageOne Events must be in possession of the donation at the start of the Conference.
